Paulo Cobellis Gomes was born on February 4, 1957, in the city of São Paulo, in the State of São Paulo. Son of traders José Pereira Gomes and Maria Vicência Cobellis Gomes. Husband of Rosana Serretto Cobellis Gomes, and father of Natália, Mariana and Gabriela. Professional highlighted by humility, determination, dedication and commitment to Nursing, especially with the development of professional ethics in nursing. During his childhood and adolescence he lived in the Tatuapé neighborhood in São Paulo. He worked in a shop owned by his parents during the day and in the late afternoon he went to the University to develop his training. Her great motivation for taking the Nursing course came from her personal experience from the basic care provided to her maternal grandmother. She began her Nursing degree in 1974, at the University of Mogi das Cruzes, a private higher education institution, founded in 1964, located in Mogi das Cruzes, in the State of São Paulo, considered the 1st private University created in the State of São Paulo and 2nd in Brazil. He was a student in the first class of this University and, like most university institutions in the country at that time, scientific initiation and/or monitoring activities were still incipient. In 1978 he completed the course, receiving the diploma of Bachelor of Nursing. He studied specialization in Pediatrics and Childcare, in 1979, at the Escola Paulista de Medicina (EPM), today, the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), at this academic and professional moment he had the opportunity to develop actions with the Escola Sabiá Health Center, locus of activity of Social Pediatrics. She began her professional career in 1979, accompanying students in the Medical-Surgical Nursing Internship at the University of Mogi das Cruzes. In 1980, he began working as a teacher at UNIFESP, where he was a professor for 12 years, teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and participating in other activities as a member of examining boards, councils and commissions. Among his motivations as a nursing professional, it stands out that Paulo believes that nursing makes a difference and has always sought to serve humanity³. He was Attorney at the Center for Studies for the Development of Research in the Social and Health Field of the Municipality of São Paulo from 1986 to 1990. He completed his Master's degree in Social Pediatrics and Pediatric Nursing, in 1987, at UNIFESP. And from 1988 to 1993 Paulo served as vice-president of COREN-SP 4. During this period he had the opportunity to develop an internship in the United States of America, his focus on this international journey was in Community Centers linked to the Harvard University School of Nursing. In 1990, he worked as a Member of the Examining Board of the Public Competition to fill the position of Professor of the Pediatric Nursing Discipline at the Faculty of Medicine of Marília (FAMEMA)². That same year, he was State Delegate of the Brazilian Nursing Association (ABEn). In 1992, he was a Member of the Editorial Board of the Revista Paulista de Enfermagem. Furthermore, he became a full professor at the Faculty of Nursing at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein (FEHIAE), where he was also president of the FEHIAE Nursing Research Committee, president of the Scientific Committee, coordinator of the Study Committee on the Creation of the Journal of FEHIAE, president of the Scientific Committee of the Einstein Newsletter of the Faculty of Nursing of the Albert Einstein Hospital and Member of the Support Group for the Development of Scientific Work at the Albert Einstein Hospital of the Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira, carrying out his activities at this institution for 6 years. From 1993 onwards he was a full professor of the Nursing Degree at the University of Guarulhos, where he remained for 7 years. From 1994 to 1998 he was a Member of the Working Group for the Composition of the Technical Chamber of COREN-SP², with a view to studying and preparing opinions on matters relating to the professional practice of members of the nursing team. Paulo Cobellis, in 1997 was an "adhoc" of the Acta Paulista de Enferm. He was also a member of the Brazilian Society of Pediatric Nurses (SOBEP), serving as vice-president from 1997 to 2002. Continuing his training process, his title of Doctor of Science was defended in 1999 at the Escola Paulista de Medicina da UNIFESP, with the work entitled “Ethics and Nursing: Relationships or Reactions?”. Being one of the precursors of the theme of nursing ethics in Brazil. Through Ordinance No. 14/99, he was Coordinator of the Nursing Course at the Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitana Unida (UniFMU) from 1999 to 2000. Highlighting her active participation and engagement in the development of the first nursing code of ethics, at the end of the 70s, contributing to the formation of the professional identity of the category. On this occasion, his humility, determination, easy coexistence and caring attitude were highlighted. Paulo Cobellis dedicated most of his professional life to teaching, with his main lines of research being Pediatric Nursing and Social Pediatrics, Ethics and Bioethics, Pediatric Nursing and Social Pediatrics and Public Policies in the area of ??health. He has experience in implementing two Undergraduate Nursing Courses and one in Medicine, coordinating an undergraduate course in Nursing and a specialization in Pediatric Nursing, and as pro-academic director at Faculdade Santa Marcelina. It is important to highlight the contributions of Paulo Cobellis Gomes to nursing education regarding issues affecting scientific methodology, pediatric nursing and ethics and bioethics in nursing. Furthermore, as a result of his relevant academic contributions, he was a member of the editorial board of several scientific journals and a periodical reviewer. Regarding his productions, Paulo has 15 complete articles published in periodicals, 29 book chapters, text publications in newspapers, interviews, lectures, more than 38 abstracts published in conference annals, 103 work presentations, in addition to other relevant bibliographic productions. and techniques. During his respectable professional career, he participated in 17 master's panels, 11 doctoral panels, 73 improvement/specialization courses, 55 undergraduate course completion panels, and several judging committee panels, including public competitions. In addition to 89 orientations between improvement, specialization, graduation and scientific initiation courses. To date, he has participated in 359 national and international scientific events, and also participated in the organization of several events. In his career in Nursing, which is notoriously broad, fruitful and still developing, Paulo has been acting as an agent for transforming society and the reality of the profession, representing a great inspiration for current and future nursing professionals.

Gilberto Tadeu Reis da Silva was born on March 9, 1967, in the city of São Paulo, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. In 1990, he became a Licensed and Graduated in Nursing from the University of Mogi das Cruzes. And in 1992, she completed her specialization in Full Degree in Nursing and Management of Hospital Organizations in Health Systems, strengthening her desire for the area of ??education and management. Armed with this knowledge and the strong purpose of flying high, he develops his career tirelessly and fruitfully. In 2000 he completed his master's degree and in 2003 his doctorate, always engaged with nursing research and education. In 2010, he completed his first post-doctoral internship at the Federal University of São Paulo and in 2020, he completed his second post-doctoral internship at the Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Coimbra in Portugal. In 2011, Gilberto, who had already been approved in other competitions, was approved first in the competition at the Federal University of Bahia, and so, despite his passion for São Paulo, faithful to his professional convictions, he moved to the aforementioned state, in which he develops a brilliant academic and scientific trajectory. Throughout its history, it has received numerous honors and awards and published numerous books and articles. The life story of Gilberto Tadeu Reis da Silva allows us to delve deeper into this historical character and his intertwining with the history of Nursing. It is important to highlight the contributions of nurses, teachers and researchers, and their commitment to the transformation of nursing and critical-reflective training. Furthermore, its story strengthens the construction of the nurse's professional identity. Implications for the field of health and nursing: It is expected to favor the expansion of knowledge about actors who contributed to the development and strengthening of nursing, and thus encourage increased visibility of the profession, as well as collaborate with the recognition of professionals of nursing, through the trajectory of a nurse committed and dedicated to the progress of the profession. He has served as a full professor at Faculdade Santa Marcelina (FASM) from 1999 to the present, teaching in the Undergraduate Courses in Nursing, Nutrition and the Higher Technologist Course in Radiology. From 2001 to 2003 he was an Advisor to the Municipal Health Department of the São Paulo City Hall. And from 2001 to 2004, he presided over the São Paulo section of the Brazilian Nursing Association (ABEn). Between 2014 and 2015 he was coordinator of the Working Group of the Professional Ethics Studies Center. Paulo participated in the executive board of COREN-SP, performing the role of advisor in the 2015-2017 administrations, being as Coordinator of the Nursing Ethics Committees of the State of São Paulo and as a member of the Education, Ethics and Bioethics Working Groups, and in the from 2018-2020, in which he played the role of Second Secretary in the latter. Furthermore, since 2019 he has been an assistant professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences IGESP/FASIG. During his successful career and intense dedication, Cobellis received numerous awards, titles and honors. And in December 2019, at the 9th Seminar on Nursing Ethics Committees (CEEs) of Coren-SP, which took place in the auditorium of the Integrality Center of the Institute of Medical Assistance for State Servants of São Paulo (IAMSPE), Paulo Cobellis, with Over 40 years of professional experience, he was honored for his contributions to the study and development of professional ethics in nursing.

It also evaluates Teaching Hospitals, Multi-professional Residencies and Professional Areas by the Brazilian Ministry of Health. Since 2003, he has led Research Groups and is currently the Deputy Leader of the Study and Research Group in Health and Nursing Services Administration - GEPASE. Since 2010, he has been developing research projects in cooperation with foreign researchers: Escola Superior de Enfermagem São João de Deus University of Évora, Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Coimbra, Institute of Education - University of Lisbon, Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Lisboa, Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences - University of Massachusetts Boston, Faculté des Sciences de léducation - Université de Montréal, Escola de Postgraduate en Enfermagem at the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, Universidad de Guayaquil, Facultad de Fisioterapia y Enfermería at the Universidad Castilla-La Mancha, Escola of Health Sciences - University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro and Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
