The Brazilian Academy of Nursing History (Abradhenf) has confirmed its participation in one of the IPÊ Academy's commemorative activities, which took place during the 27th Brazilian Congress of Nursing Councils (CBCENF). The event took place at the Salvador Convention Center on September 10, 2025, in the Maria Ivete Oliveira Room, from 3:30 pm to 5:15 pm.
Professor Dr. Gilberto Tadeu Reis da Silva, vice president of Abradhenf, and nurse and doctoral student Monalisa Viana Sant'Anna, the institution's secretary, were designated to represent the organization.
In a statement, the Abradhenf board thanked the IPÊ Academy for the invitation and emphasized the importance of celebrating its 10th anniversary. "We congratulate the IPÊ Academy for its contribution to strengthening Brazilian nursing and wish the event every success," the institution stated.
The 27th CBCENF is considered the largest nursing congress in Latin America, bringing together professionals, researchers and institutions from across the country to discuss advances, challenges and perspectives for the profession.
